What can I do if my CFP® cannot be reached?


Your wealth advisor can be contacted by phone, cell phone or by email. It is our policy to return all voice and email correspondence within 24 hours (with the exception of vacation and family emergencies).

 

When your wealth advisor is unavailable-you can contact the firm and a partner or another senior staff member will be happy to assist you.


Can I change my wealth advisor?


Yes, you can change your wealth advisor.

 

This is done on the rare occasion when a client would be better served by the different personality of another wealth advisor.
