What is the average rate of return for past projects?


The rate of return is dependent upon the individual project(s) and varies according to the nature of the investment. However, the average rate of return can be significantly higher than traditional stock and bond investments.


Is investment into SLA exclusive properties open to all investors?


No. You must be an Accredited Investor (200K Annual Income/1MM Net Worth) to invest in COLD FRAME FUNDS or any other exclusive real estate investment. However, any accredited investor after reading the private offering memorandum may choose to invest in the COLD FRAME family of real estate funds.
